The Fair

It's been a LONG while, but we did it! We went to the Fair. Now that you're older, we were able to go at night, and it was amazing! (as Julia said, it was "so 'Tex' to go to the fair at night"). We ate our way across the fair grounds, finding photo ops, free popsicles, friends and delicious, delicious foods!

It was even opening day! So we got some historical buttons as well!

It was a MAGICAL Fair day and I had so much fun with y'all! 

Let's do it again!

Fair Time 2017

On a beautiful, sunny, Sunday fall afternoon, the four of loaded up, and headed out to the Texas State Fair!

Yummy foods, silly entertainment, funny animals...

For the first year ever, the two of you actually decided that you really really liked Fair Food!

So we shared our turkey leg!

We visited the "farm" you guys love to work on once a year...

You ate a GIANT bag of Cotton Candy...

we watched the PIG RACES...

drove a bus...

played some games...

and fed some animals!

 We visited our friends: a really big giant cowboy...

some less big, but kinda weird animals...

...and Mother Goose!

We couldn't think of two better people to share our corn dogs, turkey legs, and a sunny afternoon with! All's Fair!
