You know what I love more than a THREE day weekend? A THREE and a HALF DAY WEEKEND!
And, kids, that's what we got to have last weekend.
And we made the most of it, making memories, taking pictures, playing together, hanging out.
I must have caught a serious case of the shutter bugs last weekend, because the photographic output was immense.
You both are incredible all the time, and we do fun, memorable things every day.
Maybe I felt like I was soaking in as much Julia and Aidan (and Mommy (and friends)) time as possible before I had to go back to work. Maybe we were just having a super awesome time.
But, in any case, this Memorial Day weekend was a picture perfect, super memorable time.
The three of us went to the book store to read and play and discover.
We played on a new playground:
We dined with neighbors we've never hung out with before:
We had expressive baths:
And baths together:
We went to the Museum:
And the park by the museum, of course, where Aidan had his FIRST snow cone!

We had a BBQ and swim with friends!
Don't forget about bubble and balloon morning!
Or playing spider-webs, going to the aquarium, trying to stand and mushy kisses:
And musical baths/ musical number and dog chasing:
Wow...I'm tired just from writing this. But you know what...I'm ready for more. Thank goodness it's Friday, kids. We'll do it all over again this weekend. It may not be as long, but we'll have just as many adventures.
